Richard Diebenkorn attained his MFA from the University of New Mexico in the early ‘50s.  In the summer of ’07 the Harwood Museum curated a beautiful exhibition, documenting his time and work in New Mexico.  On August 24, 2007. The Museum hosted an all day symposium featuring well known scholars, including, Mark Lavatelli, Susan Landauer, Gerald Nordland, John Elderfield, and Jane Livingstone.
