The documentation of 6 presentations given on the occasion of Agnes Martin’s 90th birthday, discussing her painting and her thinking. 

Agnes Martin spent her last years in Taos New Mexico.  These years were some of her most creative and productive.  The community as well as the art world honored her on her 90th birthday both for her artistic achievements and her generosity to many important causes.

The Harwood Museum of the University of New Mexico in Taos presented a fascinating all day symposium on March 23, 2002 featuring well known artists and scholars including:
Arne Glimcher, Richard Tuttle, Joanna Marie Weber, Ned Rifkin, Michael Govan, and Ann Wilson.
