Another area of interest for our company is the creation of "moving image portraits" of individuals or families. This medium is a contemporary alternative to the painting, photo, or sculpture used in previous times to memorialize individuals. It provides a dynamic image in a high quality form, which will undoubtedly be the standard for generations to come. In addition to interviews and other imagery we collect; archival photos, videos, films, music and other materials can be included in these projects.

There are many interesting possibilities for creating these portraits. We often use material from interviews to construct the narrative story. Archival material such as photos, videos, films, and location footage are then added to make the narration come alive. Music and other sound effects add an extra dimension to the production.

Even with limited material, such as some old photos or an old home movie, the use of digital media can be used to produce a memorable story about an individual or family.
